First Semester Introduction to Oceanography Weather influences Waves Tides Second Semester Animal classification identification/ dissections clam, squid, seastar, crayfish, shark perch ocean zones |
All work assigned will be completed in class time, and turned in daily.All points for tests or classwork are the same.
Grades will be calculated by point value and converted into a regular A=100-90 B=89-80 C=79-70 D=69-61 below 60=F grading scale |
No Electronics-absolutely NO cell phones!!! If you have your phone out -automatic referral or phone will be confiscated
DO NOT ASSUME the instructor will remind you that an assignment is missing from your grade. The time allowed to make -up points is the same as the time you were absent. Extended absences if excused --may result in alternate assignments with an adjusted due date. Remember SEE the instructor IMMEDIATELY upon your return. |
