1.  Readiness for parenthood               
2.  Human sexuality  (Male and female anatomy, sexual readiness, emphasis on abstinence)
3.  Birth control/ Sexually transmitted diseases              
4.  Pregnancy/ Birth                                                     
5.  Birth defects                                   
6.  Child abuse
7.  Physical, mental, social and intellectual developmentdevelopment of a child up to age 12
8.  Infant and Child CPR--We will practice on baby dolls and cpr mannequins

We will watch the following movies in class:  9 months, Parenthood, Juno, and Big Daddy (All PG 13). If you have a problem with your child watching any of these, please contact me. jacobsons@pcsb.org
